Sick and at home.....
Skip class today as I wasn't feeling too well. Must be the fried food I ate yesterday at Geraldine's very belated birthday celebration with the gang. Greedy me could not resist the smell of fries and ate the whole plate of fries! HaiZ..... look at me now.... siCK! This will teach me a lesson to take better care of myself.
Anyway, yesterday celebration was quite good for me since I had taxi ride from my place to PS free of charge! My dear buddy paid for it since I waited for him at the bus stop for half an hour! Geeze..... I could never understand why guys can be so slow at getting out of the house. I mean they don't need to put on make-up, their dressing can be super casual and right now they don't even need to comb their hair! HaiZ..... guys...... in the end we reached the place at 1.30pm. We were half an hour late even with the help of the taxi. JunZ was quite calm that day and no causalities occur on Barry. LolX....... Liang Jie met us soon after while Felix...... had something on and join us at a later time.
We met Geraldine at 2pm and she proceed to take us to "The Mind's Cafe". It is actually a place for people to play board games and eat. Its very fun place with a nice ambience since we managed to get the sofa seats. Woo hoo! Very comfortable! Pics taken before we started playing the games.

We only managed to play 2 board games. They are "Smarty Pants" and "Black Mail". Let me briefly introduce you on the first game we played. "Smarty Pants" is a test of general knowledge on a wide range of topics depending on which one was choosen. Barry won at "Smarty Pants" since it is undeniable his general knowledge is the best in our group. Of course luck was on his side when one of the topic was on his obsession- comic characters. This include batman, robin, the green lantern etc. That guy can practically recite all the characters on those marvel super heros stuff. The most interesting one was "the 12 presents of christmas" topic. This 12 presents actually comes from the song that was sung during christmas. So it will be "On the first day of christmas my true love give to me...... " so each of us will take turns saying out one present. It was so damn funny! HHahaa... I can still remember that Barry was stuck at "5 golden rings". JunZ was also quite good at this topic. The suckers of the game? Liang Jie and me. LoLX..... I seriously need to brush up on my general knowlege huh? I shall read the newspaper everyday! Ok.... on to the next game......
Next board game I am gonna introduce is "BlackMail". Since it is a 4 person game, I kinda watch them play. Its a very fun game because the girls rule at it while the guys sux at it. So what is this game about? Basically its something like monopoly whereby you throw the dice and move the object on the board. Little camera's can be place at certain position on the board by the players and whichever player steps onto it will receive a blackmail letter. If the player don't want to give in to another player's demand, he/she can take a risk and get a blackmail card. This cards would include things like "FBI", "Thugs" more money or less money to be given to another players demand depending on he/she luck.

Result of the game? The girls were the biggest winner while the guys ....... *shakes head* they went bankrupt. Give it up guys! Both of them just don't know how to cooperate but end up laughing at each other's bad luck.
We went home pretty early as the guys had to book in cause its a Sunday. Poor guys. LoLX.... we girls get to go home and enjoy the comforts of our sofa and a hot dinner waiting for us at home .Hehe...... and of course because they were in a hurry, we took cab home. Hahhaha~ lucky me. I only paid $3 for my transportation fare =D. Pics taken on the journey home!

I shall end of my post with a wish list for my upcoming birthday as requested by my buddies since they will be in army and they wanted to get an early gift for me.
Wish List for 21st Birthday 2006!
1) I want a bag!!!!
Criteria: Have to be able to fit an A4 size paper
2) Anything adidas? I am pretty fond of adidas things but don't have the money to indugle in buying it. E.g bag, jacket......
3) Pencil box? The one I bought is like too big. LOlX
4) Bean Bag sofa! It has to be something like the one I saw at TCC Raffles Place. The bean bag there is so comfortable!
Thats all! This year's wish list for my birthday very short huh? Hehe........ The 4th present is a little over the top but whatever lor. Hahhaha I can't think of any other thing I want at the moment.
P/s don't buy me anymore "Nightmare before Christmas" stuff or "Corpse Bride" stuff. My mom will start naggine me again.

Me, the tissue paper box and my water bottle
YepZ.... thats the most important things that has to be beside me since I am so freaky sick. Cough, running nose, block nose, swollen eyes are the illness that has happened within this two short weeks. Flu bugs are really in the air. My bro, sis, Ah Ying..... me have all fallen sick at a certain point this few weeks! Hope the rest of the people I know are taking better care of yourself!
Project submission on Friday was damn hectic for JunZ and me. I had only 4 hours of sleep the previous night but I had to force myself to wake up early and look for references, doing last minute editing at the library.
I think I practically live at JunZ house during the two project days on Wednesday and Thursday. The schedule goes like this......
10 am - Me reaching JunZ house at 10am in the morning in Yishan. Journey took 1 hour since I live at Bukit Panjang. Arrive at her house in time to wake her up and start our project
12pm- Rest for Lunch. Watch tv while eating...... love home decor programs =D
1pm- Start project
6pm- Eat dinner
6.30pm- project time
8pm- go home!
The only thing that make the project days so bearable is having JunZ being such a good host. I was fed with all kinds of fruits while I was there and they were all so yummy! Hhahaha.... I ate 2 pears, 1 peach etc..... Thnx JunZ! I even get to watch Bleach at her house since my PC is down again and I am using my lappy at the moment.
Anyway, I attended Evelyn's Bday yesterday. It was actually nice to see all my year 3 classmates. We have not keep in contact since gradutation which is a very very long time. When I think about it, 1 year has gone! Time flies ~
After attending her party, I wonder what the hell am I going to do with MY 21st Bday. Have a bbq? chalet? or just a normal affair with a few close friends and my family. HMMmm..... I have no freaky idea. Time is not on my side to think too long about it....
AwWwww.... being 21 brings no joy nor sadness. Its just another phase in my life...... My buddies have asked me to set up my wishlist soon. LoLX..... frankly speaking I still haven thought about what I want...... I'll start thinking about it tomorrow =D ......
